OK, so I'm setting a record with my third post in a week. I haven't done this for a while. Most of you will be reading this after a long day at work. Or maybe you're taking a moment at work, hoping you don't get caught by evil management with a disciplinary notice for misuse of the employer's computer system.
Well, I'll tell you my secret this week (which should really piss you off at me). I'M OFF WORK TODAY! Yes, I'm doing the little happy dance, because I'm at home, and others had to work!
Anyway, the reason for this special post is to share a great new blog with you. Have you heard of Chef Landria? She is a cyclist and a raw food chef who has lots, and lots of Vietnamese raw food recipes in addition to Korean, and other goodies!
If you haven't figured it out yet, I'm hooked on Viet Nam (Yes, Gertrude that is the correct spelling!), so when I found someone churning out raw Vietnamese recipes, I fell to my knees and thanked the Buddha for a miracle! (No, I'm not being sarcastic! Remember I converted several years ago.)
So take a moment and check out Chef Landria. She's got her first group of recipes available for purchase. Its only $7.50 to download, and is well worth the money. I can't wait to get my Kelp Noodles from Sea Triangle Noodle Company.
Just look at this picture from her Flickr site (there's a lot more pictures too!), and you'll know why I'm excited! I doubt if you'll be able to find a more tastier "Bun" than this! She has also posted several of her recipes on GoneRaw.com if you'd like to check her out!
